Theory and Ritual of Ceremonial Magick

Reading, writing and then editing and uploading these chapters takes a bit of time amidst many other activities so excuse the fact that the commentary in these posts may come anywhere from a few hours to a few days after the reading. Much of this material needs to be absorbed over time and thought about deeply anyway. After 6 years of deeper occult research and training I am just now becoming adept at some of the more basic concepts and practices and even then I have been said to be catching on and accelerating rather quickly. Some Magicians will find that their training is not so much a complete learning as it is a remembering.
We finally got done with the final lecture of Eight Lectures on Yoga and went on to read the Preliminary Remarks of Part II, Magick Elementary Theory of Liber ABA (Book 4).

Regarding the main Initiatory steps along the Path, on Monday we read Liber XIII vel Graduum Montis Abiegni, a Syllabus of the Steps Upon the Path being, 'An account of the task of the Aspirant from Probationer to Adept.'

Today was read Chapter 1 of Part II of Book 4, The Temple which is about a paragraph long but contains an important Key. The Temple is the Body and Mind of the Magus, and thus the Master of the Temple is one who has awoken to their True Will and risen in Spirit and Soul above the Abyss to unite with the Trans-Uranian time- and formless Angel abiding in the City of Pyramids.
A MASTER OF THE BODY-TEMPLE = 666, showing yet another telling form of the Solar Intelligence which informs and illumines the bodily temple with THE MAGICKAL LIGHT BODY.
666 is the center of the MAGICKAL POWER-ZONES, not only as Tiphareth, but as the Fractal Core of each Sephira since each Sephira contains the entire Tree ad infinitum. Thus, the abhorrence and denial of the true importance of this number can easily be understood as the suppression of the Hidden Light - THE LOST MAGICK POWER KEY - which I alone have provided for present and future man. Until this Inner Principle is re-awaken ceremonial procedures will be of little value.

When the 'lost' Key (or Cornerstone) is found the Initiate becomes a true and upright Microcosm, a Demiurge in his/her own right, albeit in a lesser form of the Grand Macrocosm Without. Crowley says to find the center of the locus of Consciousness, or if that is not to be found then the center of locus of the judging factor. This is the Bindu point which is essentially pointless (Ain), and yet engulfs all. The Eye opens both ways to what has been termed Darkness and Light, God and the Devil, but this is the Magus as Ra-Hoor-Khuit, child of Nuit and Hadit born from their eternal communion in ever-many Ever-Coming 'O's, or Bindu-Eyes (i.e. 'reality tunnels').
If you consider RA-HOOR-KHUIT (=596) as being the one born in the Egg (O) and being the Sun-disk incarnate as the All-Seeing Eye then his name plus 'O', 70 enumerates to 666 as well. Not only is 666 THE CIRCLE in all its infinite ways, but it is A CEREMONIAL CIRCLE as well, the zone of Magickal Operation spoken of in the next chapter. The Demiurge is the active principle of formation in the Universe which is contained, at least potentially, in the Magus who is the lens of focus for its Cosmic Power. The general idea is to accumulate more ojas or bala, i.e. stored power not for siddhis ('powers'), but for self-preservation, as it becomes increasingly necessary and much more of a priority.
Magick being the art of causing change to occur in conformity with Will is a true Art and Science. Its mechanics are simple. If you want something you must go about it the proper way, and if it seems 'impossible', it is either a confusing of the planes or just bad timing. Just as water flows along the easiest and most clear defined route, your wishes and desires had either better conform to what is expected of you or you must set matters so that the circumstances conform to your desire. The former is of course the easiest, but least rewarding and potentially even a karmic debt, while the latter takes more effort but is actually constructive - meaning if you're going to set out for it then it may better well be worth it.
